Day trip for participants to Tarangire National Park:

As noted on the conference daily program outline above, a day trip to Tarangire National Park (http://www.tanzaniaparks.com/tarangire.html) is included as part of the conference program. This event has been scheduled on the last day to allow those that do not wish to participate to either plan other excursions or depart. Currently, this event is only available to those that register for the conference as a Delegate due to capacity limits at the park. The Planning Committee is exploring options to expand this event to those registered as an Accompanying Person. As a reminder, the Accompanying Person rate is a reduced rate and provides access to evening events such as receptions and the gala dinner only.
Visa Application:
The IAWJ is only able to offer information on travel documentation requirements as provided by the Immigration Services Department of Tanzania. Delegates and Accompanying Persons are solely responsible for ensuring they have the proper documents to enter Tanzania. Please see more information here.

Conference Registration:

The IAWJ will announce conference registration fees and will open registration in September 2013.
We will reach out to all IAWJ members with all conference information as it becomes available. In the meantime, put this exciting event in your calendars. We look forward to seeing you in Tanzania!
